Autism Support Assistant role in

Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with ASD, helping them succeed both academically and emotionally.
- Run intervention sessions to boost pupils development in key areas.
- Encourage children to engage with classroom activities, fostering participation and inclusion.
- Support pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, helping them regulate emotions and engage with their learning environment.

Essential Requirements:- Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Psychology from a top UK university.
- Genuine interest in supporting SEND students, particularly those with ASD.
